Special Instructions:
Each ice pop holds about 3.5 ounces of fluid.
Makes approximately 24 oz – enough to fill 6 ice pop molds.
Adjust and change ingredients as needed.
Consider replacing yogurt / milk with either Almond, Soy or Coconut based
yogurt / milk, depending on your tastes.
1. Blend all ingredients together until desired consistency for fruit smoothie. (Add about 1⁄2 cup ice to the ingredient list if you are using fresh fruit instead of frozen.)
2. Pour smoothie mixture into ice pop mold. Be sure to leave about 1⁄2 inch at the top for smoothie to expand as it freezes. Makes approximately 24 oz (enough to fill 6 ice pop molds).
3. Place ice pop molds into tall cup to hold upright in freezer until frozen.
4. If you want a fully frozen treat... remove from freezer, take off lid, push up from bottom and enjoy. You may need to run some warm water onto the outside of the ice pop mold for a few seconds to thaw ice pop enough to release from ice pop mold.
5. If you prefer an ice pop with a partially frozen texture... keep upright in a cup (out of the freezer) or lay ice pop mold on counter (with lid on securely) for a few minutes to thaw.
6. ENJOY!!!
